Shipping Policy

Products will be shipped after payment is received. Orders received by mail, large quantities or custom orders may take longer. Service via other carriers will be shipped via freight collect, only with a valid account number. Domestic orders are shipped in FOB shipping point. Optimal-Power is not responsible for any customer charges which include duties, taxes, brokerage fees, etc.; these are the sole responsibility of the customer recipient.
